When prepping for a day at the beach, a good picnic and basket of snacks are a necessity. Make sure you’ve packed the following:
- Fresh fruits and vegetables
Go to a local street market and buy a bunch of fresh fruits and vegetables. Strawberries, apples, grapes, carrots and snap peas are always good choices.
- Bottles of water
Hydration is key, especially when you’re spending the day outside at the beach. Pack a few water bottles.
Easy-to-eat food is critical for the beach, so I recommend sandwiches. Try a jambon-beurre (Ham & Butter sandwich), it’s my favorite!
- Money for ice cream
You can’t go to the beach without eating ice cream! Go crazy and get 2 scoops.
